The League is a five-week experience for riders 4–15 years of age, which includes instruction and racing, in equal measure, each session.

Tuition is $169, and includes the above-mentioned instruction and racing, plus a League jersey, personalized number plate, season-end pizza party and trophy (for riders with racing points on the board).

Parents and Grandparents of riders can also participate in the League, and can do so for $119.

The Beginners-only Spring 2026 League season starts Monday, May 18 (6:00PM), and runs on the following schedule:

• Monday, May 18 – 6:00PM to 8:30PM
• Wednesday, May 27 – 6:00PM to 8:30PM <– WEDNESDAY, for this session only
• Monday, June 1 – 6:00PM to 8:30PM
• Monday, June 8 – 6:00PM to 8:30PM
• Monday, June 15 – 6:00PM to 8:30PM

Upstate BMX League is a Beginners-Only program that takes riders gradually through the steps to becoming a BMX racer. It’s a great family atmosphere, and we often have three generations of a family participating.

* Loaner equipment is free to use, though limited in availability, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis (in the order in which you sign up). This league does not require any special racing bike, and chances are that the bike your rider has in the garage will work just fine.

IMPORTANT: Riders must be able to ride a pedal bike, without training wheels, to participate in either Open House or League activities.
